The DK7735 Single Cutting Wire Cut EDM is designed for precision cutting of larger conductive workpieces and mold components. It features a 470 × 710 mm worktable, 350 × 450 mm X/Y travel, 60 × 60 mm U/V travel, and supports workpieces up to 400 mm thick and 300 kg in weight. With ±0.03 mm positioning accuracy, ±0.005 mm repeat positioning accuracy, and 0.10–0.25 mm molybdenum wire, the DK7735 is suitable for mold manufacturing, tooling, precision parts, and general wire EDM cutting applications.
