The DK77100 Single Cutting Wire Cut EDM is designed for very large and heavy conductive workpieces requiring extended machining travel and high load capacity. It features a 1170 × 1700 mm worktable, 1000 × 1200 mm X/Y travel, 60 × 60 mm U/V travel, and supports workpieces up to 600 mm thick and 2500 kg in weight. With ±0.03 mm positioning accuracy, ±0.005 mm repeat positioning accuracy, and 0.10–0.25 mm molybdenum wire, the DK77100 is suitable for large molds, heavy tooling, and large-format precision Wire EDM cutting applications.
