The CNC120R–CNC150R Double Bull-Head EDM Sinker Machine is built for large and complex mold machining with high-load EDM performance. The series combines a double-head structure with CNC control, offering 50A maximum machining current, Ra 0.1 μm surface finish, 500 mm³/min material removal rate, and 0.4 μm axis resolution. It is suitable for large mold cavities, heavy tooling, and precision EDM applications requiring stable discharge and low electrode wear.
