The OL630CT±30° Precision Medium Speed Wire EDM is designed for precision cutting applications requiring a larger taper range and stable machining accuracy. With a maximum taper capability of ±30° at 80 mm thickness, ±0.01 mm positioning accuracy, ±0.003 mm repeat positioning accuracy, and surface roughness down to Ra 1.2 μm, it is suitable for tapered molds, precision tooling, and complex Wire EDM cutting applications.
